24 Things I did when I was 24
I dont think Ive done even a dozen interesting things, but this is a good way to be retrospective. Here goes, in no particular order:
1. Did my Arangetram
2. Got married at a wonderful destination
3. Rode an elephant bare-back.
4. Went snorkeling for the first time.
5. Went to my first national park in the US.
6. Went dogsledding.
7. Went ziplining.
8. Saw a movie outdoors at the Rockefeller Center.
9. Went ice skating in Central Park.
10. Helped make the most expensive purchase of my life.
11. Saw the quarter finals of the US Open live.
12. Realised the meaning of fear.
13. Averaged crying at least once a week.
14. Got the most irregular period of my life.
15. Helped cook for my first dinner party ever at home (whether mine or my inlaws, more significant than making dip!)
16. Decorated food.
17. Wrote a poem in Hindi AND recited it in public.
18. Got a cool new phone!
19. Lost an expensive personal object on a flight!
20. Made some fun purchases on my own, choosing things without help from anyone!
21. Went to the Opera
22. Became a mami, and a bhabhi.
23. Lost weight, gained weight, and am fighting to reclaim my body.
24. Got legally married by the mayor!
and... one for good luck...

sanjay, my list is really quite lame. i had to seriously think of things. they seemed such a big deal at the time, but most are really quite puny.
